Every Sunday PostSecret updates it's "Sunday Secrets". Click on the link and check it out. If you aren't familiar with what Post Secret is - it's basically an avenue for people to confess deep dark secrets in a completely anonymous way. People send post cards and then some of them are posted. It's fascinating. They have also put out 4-5 books that have all of the post cards - even those not up on the site.
Check it out - you may find one of your secrets up there - and it may just make you feel better about it.
